All Prices Include the Award, the Base, and Custom Etching. There is a One Time $25 Fee if We need to Convert Your Artwork or Trademark into a black and white line drawing. (However, If You can supply us with Good Artwork this will not be necessary and will Save You Time and Expense)
Ordering Instructions For Custom Jade Glass Awards And Nameplates: Before we can start work on your custom award there are a couple things we need from you after you place your order. 1. Choose the Award you would like to order and choose the Size you would like and Check the size of area available for etching. Also determine if you want the Award or Nameplate to include either a Military or Sports Medallion or simply use your own logo or design. 2. If you would like a design or logo etched on to your award please include the exact size you would like it along with your image file or line drawing in the Exact Size you want to appear on the award. Please check to be sure there is Enough Room On the Award for your image or logo. There is a $25.00 one time charge to convert your artwork or trademark into a black and white line drawing (Unless You can supply us a good copy) and the same logo can be used at no extra charge if you have multiple awards using the same logo and same size. 3. We will create a computer file of your drawing and copy to the specifications you have provided us, then email or fax the final design to you before it is actually etched onto the glass. This gives you a chance to approve your design or make changes before your award is created. If you complete your order, but forget to send us the information above, we will contact you after 24 hours and request that you send us the design you would like on your award.
